3 Medium sized Ears of Sweet Corn (slice corn kernel off)
2 Jalapeno's (diced-small)
1/2 of Red Bell Pepper (diced-small)
1 large sized Avocado (diced-small)
3 Basil Leaves
juice of 2 limes
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste


How Do I Make Raw Corn and Avocado Salad?

Here is how you make Raw Corn and Avocado Salad:

This is very easy to make all you have to do is Chop the Avocado, Red Bell Pepper and Jalapeno into small pieces and thinly slice the fresh leaves of Basil and place in large bowl. Then Squeeze the 2 limes of juice into the mix and add pepper and Kosher Salt to taste. You can add Red Onions instead of Red Bell Peppers or Chop some Cucumbers into it if you'd like. The salad tastes better if left over night but you can eat immediately. You can eat over a salad as I did and drizzle lemon over the salad no need for dressing the avocado and the lime adds this creamy texture that is delicious in itself.
