What Are The Ingredients For Hot Cajun Salad Recipe?

The ingredients for Hot Cajun Salad are:

2 cans french style green beans (four cups)
1 can sliced mushrooms (1 cup)
1 can waterchesnuts, diced (1/2 cup)
1/3 cup spanish olives with pimento, sliced (approx 3 heaping tablespoons or 15 olives)
Cajun seasoning to taste.
(I also add a small amount of garlic sauteed in a teasppon of olive oil) optional


How Do I Make Hot Cajun Salad?

Here is how you make Hot Cajun Salad:

Drain and rinse green beans. Sautee garlic in olive oil. Add green beans to pan. Drain remaining vegetable ingredients and combine with green beans in pan . Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
