Here is how you make Best Ever Pasta Salad:

Bring 2 boxs of rotini to boil(very important to not over cook pasta!!!). Chop pepper, onion and tomatoes and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together mayonaise, sugar, lemon juice, chicken boulion, dill, salt and pepper. Once pasta is done, drain and rinse with cool water. Once pasta is completely cooled stir in vegetables. Stir in dressing, making sure that all noodles are covered.
