Here is how you make Marilyn's French Potato Salad:

Boil potatoes in a Medium pot of salted water until tender to the fork, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and drain from water and allow to cool. Once cooled, cut potatoes into quarters and add salt and pepper to your desired taste. Spoon in Greek yogurt and toss until potatoes are completely covered. Season with garlic and rosemary to your desired taste, chill and enjoy. Also delicious with fresh blanched green beans (haricots vert) as well. Makes approximately four 1/2 cup servings.
