Here is how you make Fruity Brown Rice Salad:

Cook your rice according to directions and cool. Measure 1 cup into a 2 quart mixing bowl, add cut up grapes, sectioned Clementines (or mandarines), and cubed avocado. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, and apple juice well in small bowl or custard cup and pour over salad. Mix well.
