Pulse 4 or 5 times for 1 second each. Add the tomatoes (make sure they are well drained; I put them in a mesh strainer for 3 minutes, and then press the last of the liquid out of them) and pulse 2 or 3 times more. Transfer to a bowl, add lime juice and stir by hand.
