Great appetizer for get togethers. All cheeses and sour cream I use low fat or no fat. I really have to watch and make sure I walk away, or I'll stand there and really dig it, everyone loves it. Combine sour cream, 1/3 C salsa and philly in a small bowl, stir until fairly smooth. Spread on a dinner plate, serving platter or quiche dish.Spread other cup of salsa over top, top with tomatos and peppers and finally cheese. Set a bowl of taco chips beside and watch it disappear!
