For the smokey and hot flavor, open up your can of chipotles and add one at a time to the processor until you get the heat and flavor you like. Sample as you go, very important! When you think you are close, add 1/4 of a chipotle at a time. I add about half a can to mine, but that makes it HOTHOTHOT. You can chill overnight for a nice marinated flavor, or serve immediately!
