Cut the head off the garlic and dizzle with EVOO. Roast at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Combine water, juice, teriyaki, soy, and brown sugar in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a slow boil and then reduce to medium heat. Cook for 20mins. Squeeze the roasted garlic in the pan, add lemon juice, onion, whiskey, crushed pineapple, and pepper.
