Here is how you make Red Pepper Sauce:

Slice sides and tops of peppers and remove seeds. Brush both sides of pepper with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in a single layer on parchment covered cookie sheet. Cut top off of head of garlic to expose tops of cloves. Drizzle liberally with olive oil and wrap in foil. Roast peppers and garlic in oven at 350 degrees for one hour.After peppers and garlic have cooled enough to touch, squeeze roasted garlic cloves out of the skin.
