1/2 tbsp orange zest (about half an orange)
1-2 tbsp plain gelatin (depending on the desired consistency).

Here is how you make Low Sugar Jellied Cranberry Sauce:

Note: the gelatin will make the consistency of the final sauce similar to the famous canned sauce. For a softer sauce, use less gelatin. You can also change the amount of Splenda for a less sweet sauce. The Brown Sugar Blend gives a nice, deep flavor, but can be omitted for a no-sugar-added recipe.In a medium saucepan over high heat, place the cranberries and water, and bring to a boil.Put gelatin in a small bowl with a few tablespoons of warm water and let sit to dissolve.Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and let simmer, stirring regularly, until all the cranberries have burst (you can break up stubborn berries with the back of your spoon).Add the sugars, zest, and spices, stirring until well mixed.Strain the sauce through a fine sieve, pressing all the liquid out of the cranberry skins.
