1) In a large mixing bowl, add the ground meat seasonings, and mix well by hand.2) Form into 1-in diameter meat balls - produce about 18 meat balls. Set aside.4) In a large heavy bottom pan, under medium-high heat, add coconut oil and saute until brown on all asides, about 10 minutes.
