Drain liquids from the canned items. Peel and dice the avocado. Dice the bell pepper. Mix these items together in a tupperware container. Drain any remaining liquid to make it less liquidy.Mix in salad shrimp, lime juice, vinegar and seasonings (season to taste). You can eat it right away or chill it. I've found chilling overnight is better as it allows the flavors to "mature." Serve with tortilla chips, triscuits, or eat it plain. I based this recipe on 6 servings because I typically use it as a side dish or a snack instead of a dip or appetizer. Tortilla chips and triscuits were not included in the nutritional info.
