I found this recipe in The Australian Women's Weekly but it was a vegetarian recipe and the peas were bundled in a phyllo dough. I changed it to a side dish without the phyllo and added Italian sausage and terrogon and when I first tasted it I felt the peas should really needed a litlle salt in the boiling process as well.
