1 chile pepper
2 T honey
2 T red wine vinegar
1.5 T olive oil

Here is how you make Brussels Sprouts w/Capers and Toasted Walnuts:

Toast the almond pieces, either in the oven or on the stovetop in a small skillet.Trim and quarter the Brussels sprouts. Steam them for four minutes or cook them in the microwave for a minute and a half to get them started. Salt them and fry them in the canola oil until they start to get a little brown. While they're cooking mix up the vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper. Chop the pepper really fine and stir them all together. Add the capers to the Brussels sprouts for a minute or two at the end, then remove from heat.
