Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pierce potatoes with fork and place on baking sheet. Bake until very tender: about 1 hour.While potatoes are baking, puree pears and 1/4 cup pear juice in processor. Remove potatoes from oven, peel and place in electric mixer. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.Add butter to potatoes and mash until smooth. Mix in pear puree, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Butter a 13"x9"x2" glass baking dish and add potato mixture.
