Here is how you make Brussels sprouts with turkey bacon and dried cranberries:

Trim and halve the sprouts. Rough chop up 1/2 a yellow onion, around 1/2 cup chopped. Dice up 4 slices of turkey bacon. Spray skillet with cooking spray, add onions, garlic and bacon cook until soft and lightly burn. Add sprouts and around 1 cup of water and the cranberries, salt, pepper. Put a lid on it and simmer for around 12 minutes until sprouts are tender. Add more water if needed. Remove lid and cook sprouts a little more until they are a dark brown color on the cut sides.
