Then mix the stock powder or cube into the water. Pour over the vegetables. Then sprinkle the grated cheese and bread crumbs over the top.Cook in a 350 F oven until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden brown.NOTE: I sometimes partially cook the vegetables in the microwave before adding the cheese/bread mix to the top and then placing into the Oven. This simply cuts back on cooking time.Cooking time varies depending on your oven. Mine is old and VERY slow to cook.
