What Are The Ingredients For Hearty Veggie Saute Recipe?The ingredients for Hearty Veggie Saute are: Carrots, 1 cup slicedCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Radishes,1/2 cup slices Leeks, 1 leek sliced thinly Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Orzo Pasta, 1/3 cup, before cooking Cilantro, fresh, 3 tbsp chopped Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp Lemon Juice, juice of 1 lemon Garlic Salt, 1 tsp Lemon Pepper, 2 tsp Pam Butter flavored cooking spray How Do I Make Hearty Veggie Saute?Here is how you make Hearty Veggie Saute: Cook orzo pasta to package directions, drain and set aside. Heat saute pan over med-high heat. Spray saute pan with butter flavored pam. Chop veggies and add to the pan in this order, carrots, celery, leeks, zucchini, summer squash, radishes, and mushrooms. Add garlic salt and lemon pepper. Saute for about 10 to 15 minutes, until veggies are almost done. They should still be a little crunchy. Then add the cooked orzo pasta and the juice of one lemon. Cook until the liquid is almost gone about another 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add the fresh cilantro, stir in. Place in serving dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 hearty servings. Feel free to change up the veggies to what ever you like.
