2-3 small red potatoes
1 small sweet potatoe
2 cups frozen veggies
2 cups portabella mushrooms
1 tsp garlic
3 slices onion
1 TBS butter.

How Do I Make Veggies Supreme?

Here is how you make Veggies Supreme:

First, wash red potatoes, I generally use 2 -3 small potatoes , cut in half. Peel small sweet potato, chop into bite size pieces, put these two in 2 qt sauce pan with 1/2 cup water, bring to boil for 5 minutes. Add frozen veggies, cover and let simmer for 5 more minutes. While that is simmering, in a large NON STICK skillet , add butter, onion, garlic, zuchinni and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms are tender.
