Here is how you make Whole Wheat Buttermilk Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 450*F.Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and 3/4 cup buttermilk and mix lightly. Add additional buttermilk, 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough is slightly sticky. DO NOT OVER MIX! The more you mix biscuits, the tougher they get. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured countertop and knead about 10 times. Roll out to about 3/4 of an inch thick and cut them with a 2.5 inch cutter. To give you an idea of the size, my grandma used to use an old Tupperware kid's cup. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. These buttermilk biscuits are delicious.
