How Do I Make Wheat Challah?

Here is how you make Wheat Challah:

Place ingredients in bread machine in the order listed set machine on the dough setting. Preheat oven to 350 degress and line baking tray with parchment. Place dough on a lightly floured or oiled board (I prefer using Evoo) and divide into 3 or 4 strands for braiding. Roll each strand and let rise 10 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet. Braid strands into loaf on board and place back on baking tray. Allow to rise for 30-60 minutes until doubled in size. Then brush with glaze and sprinkle with seeds.
