1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp salt

How Do I Make Wheat Dinner Rolls?

Here is how you make Wheat Dinner Rolls:

Melt together and cool the butter and milk. Drop eggs into heated milk and butter. Heat water and add yeast. Pour all wet ingredients into mixer. Add dry ingredients except flour. Add 1 cup of flour at a time. After 4 cups of flour is added mix dough for approx. 10 minutes in mixer. Add remaining flour and cover to let rise. (30 minutes) Spray cookie sheet lightly with non stick cooking spray and form balls. Cover with cloth and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
