Here is how you make Parmesan Garlic Spaghetti Squash and Zucchini:

For Spaghetti Squash, cut a 4lb squash in half length-wise and scoop out seeds. Microwave one half at a time in a dish with a little water in the bottom and covered tightly w/plastic wrap for about 6-9 minutes. Do other half and let cool lightly. Meanwhile:Sautee onion in the olive oil and 1 T of margarine for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and zucchini and saut? for another 5 minutes. Add broth and cover to cook until tender. Add pepper to taste and remaining margarine and stir. Take spaghetti squash and using a fork scrape the strands from both halves into the zucchini mixture.
