Soaking helps soften the near indigestible surface coating.Place all ingredients (soaked almonds and the water they were soaked in) in the blender and process until it looks like milk and the almonds are like fine table salt or grit.Using a fine sieve or cheesecloth, cover a pitcher or bowl and filter out the almonds from the "milk".
