Here is how you make Baked Garlic Fries:

Preheat Broiler to 425F. Scrub or peel potatoes and cut into 0.25" wide strips (so they look like fries). Mash garlic cloves. Combine garlic and other ingredients in a mixing bowl and put potatoes on top. Cover with Press 'n Seal (or something else, but make sure it's tight) and shake to coat all potatoes. Lay coated potatoes on baking sheet and put in oven for 25 minutes (oven times may vary), turning 1/2 way through.
