Here is how you make Baked Macaroni and Cheeses:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside. FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE: Melt the butter in pot over medium high heat. Add the flour and stir until blended using a wire whisk. Add the milk and stir well. Add the salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg. Stir continually until boiling and thickened. Add 8 ounces of the shredded cheese and stir until melted. Combine the noodles and the cheese sauce. Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray and add the macaroni and cheese. Sprinkle the remaining 2 ounces of shredded cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cheese on the top is browned.
