Here is how you make Inside Out Baked Omelet:

Beat eggs with a fork, then add cheddar cheese. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with canola oil spray and add egg mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. They are done when you stick a fork in it and it comes out clean. Meanwhile, while this is baking, add the canola oil to a hot pan, add onions until soft, then add baby spinach and cook until wilted.
