Wash potatoes and punch with fork. Wrap with foil and bake at 350 for about an 45 minutes or until tender.Cook bacon and crumble. Divide into 2 small bowls.Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and place on cookie sheet.Use small scoop or spoon to scoop out inside, being carefull not to get to close to the skin.Add scooped out potatoes to the cream cheese mixture.
