Here is how you make Flossie's Twice Baked Potatoes:

Bake potatoes (I put them in the microwave for about 6 mins). Cut in half. Scoop out potato pulp leaving about 1/8" edging inside skins. Beat potato pulp, broth, cheese, miracle whip (or sour cream) mustard, and green onion. Put back into potato skins. Sprinkle potatoes with paprika, green onion and bacon bits. Bake in oven until cheese melts. (I put my potatoes under broil just until cheese melts).
