Here is how you make Greek Yogurt Twice Baked Potatoes:

1. Bake potato either at 400 degrees for 1 hour in the oven, or bake in the microwave (about 8-10 minutes or until softened). Allow to cool for approximately 10-15 minutes.2. Cut top of potato off, remove the skin and put the flesh in a medium bowl. Use a spoon to carefully remove flesh from inside the potato and place in the bowl.3. In the bowl add greek yogurt, milk, and salt and pepper. Beat with fork or with hand mixer. With a spoon stir in bacon, chives, and half the cheese.4. Spoon the mixture back into the potato shells. Top with remaining cheese.
