Here is how you make Melanie's Supreme Twice-Baked Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Scrub potatoes and pierce with a fork or sharp knife in several spots. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven for 1 hour.Remove potatoes from oven, slice in half, and scoop out the insides leaving 1/4" potato on the skin. Place potato insides in bowl, mash and mix with sour cream, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar, and chopped bacon.Scoop the filling into the potato skins and return to oven for 20 minutes.
