Here is how you make Teri's Twice Baked Potatoes:

Bake the potatoes, cut in half and scoop out flesh into bowl. Reserve skins for use as "baking bowl". Mix into potato, salt, white pepper (to taste) sour cream, melted butter, 2 1/2 cups of the cheese, milk and beat with hand mixer. Stir in 3/4 of the bacon and scoop back into skins evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.
