Cut acorn squash in half, remove seeds.Place squash cut side down in baking dish. Add water until it reaches 1/2 inch deep around squash.Bake at 350 for 1 hour, checking at halfway point to add more water if needed. (It will poke easily with fork when done.) When finished baking, remove from oven, turn over, and in each half's cavity add: 1 Tbsp Smart Balance Light, 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar, 1/2 box of raisins, 1 Tbsp Wheat Germ.Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until Smart Balance is melted.
