Here is how you make Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes:

Preheat the oven to 425. Bake sweet potatoes for about 45 minutes until cook so knife inserts easily. Remove from the oven and cool until easy to handle.Scoop out the flesh being careful not to rip the skin. Mash the potatoes and then fold in the olives and half of the feta cheese. Whip in the heavy cream.
