Here is how you make Baked Balsamic Mozzarella Tomatoes:

Cut the end off the tomatoes then cut into 1/4" slices. Place slices in a 9" pie plate or baking dish. Drizzle each slice with the vinegar. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Turn slices over. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper. Scatter cheese on top.Bake at 405 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly and beginning to brown. (10-15 minutes) Remove from oven and serve.
