Here is how you make Baked Fried Zucchini:

Pre-heat oven to 425degrees. Spray Cookie sheet with Pam.Beat egg & water in small bowl & set aside.Mix bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder & salt in separate bowl.Rinse & peel zucchini. Slice into rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Dip sliced zucchini into eggwash mixture, allowing extra to drip off. Place in bread crumbs one at a time; shake to coat. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Continue to bread all zucchini, placing on cookie sheet so they are not touching.Bake at 425 degrees about 15 minutes.
