flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir flax seeds into flour mixture. Add to banana mixture and 
combine until just moist. Gently fold in chips and walnuts. Pour into 2 greased mini muffin pans and bake for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 
Cool on rack for 10 minutes, remove from pan and continue to cool on
