How Do I Make Banana Oat Bars?

Here is how you make Banana Oat Bars:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch pan. Peel and mash bananas thoroughly until no chunks remain (I used a food processor). Stir in vanilla, oats, salt, dates and nuts. Pat mixture into a baking pan and sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges begin to crisp. Place on a rack to cool. When cooled, cut into bars and enjoy with a cup of tea. For a sweeter version, you could add more dates or add in a little Agave Nectar.
