2 tsp caldo de res ( reduced sodium if available or 2 boullion cubes)
1 package of mushrooms sliced (1-2 cups)
1 medium yellow onion sliced
seasoning to taste

Here is how you make Green Beans with Tomatoes, Onion and Mushroom:

Wash and span beens to about 3-4 inch in length. Layer on bottom of 5 quart sauce pan. Pour tomotoes over green beans. Sprinkle caldo de res or boullion. Layer mushrooms on top. Slice onions and layer on top. Season to taste ( I use no salt mixture). Bring to boil, then simmer for 1 hour with lid on pan.
