If it is too hot, leave the mixture to cool until it is at the correct temperature. Put the yeast and warm water into a bowl. Add the sugar and the warm milk mixture and leave for around 10 minutes, until the surface is frothy- Add the salt and the flour a little at a time until you get a dough. Knead the mixture on a clean floured surface for around 10 minutes, adding flour as the mixture become sticky. - Divide your mixture into 12 equal parts and roll to form balls. Place these on a baking sheet/greased baking tray around 3 inches apart and squash them down flat to around 1 inch thickness. Cover with a clean towel. Allow to rise for an hour.- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and bake dough for 15 minutes.
