2/3 cup 2% milk (can use skim to cut calories)

Here is how you make Lori's Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 450. Mix all dry ingredients. Cut in Earth Balance spread with a pastry blender. Add milk all at once and stir with a fork until dough holds together. Knead once or twice and pat out into a circle on floured surface. Cut with biscuit cutter into 12 biscuits. Place on non-greased cookie sheet and bake until golden, about 10-15 minutes.
