1tsp baking powder
1tbsp cold butter
6 egg whites
1.5tbsp olive oil


How Do I Make Paleo Biscuits?

Here is how you make Paleo Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 6 muffin cups with olive oil. Put coconut flour, flax meal, salt, and baking powder in a food processor. Add the butter and mix until the butter is incorporated. In a blender or by hand, whisk the whites until frothy, and then add them to the food processor. Mix until just blended. Put in muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes. *Biscuits do not rise, and only actually call for 1/2 tsp of salt, but I felt that they needed more.
