Here is how you make Aunt Rosa Lee's Old Fashioned Biscuits:

Sift together the flour, and baking powder. In a small cup, mix together the water and salt and then add to the flour mixture. Add vegetable lard and mix with hands. Add milk, slowly, until a well mixed dough forms and the lumps are worked out. Knead dough until consistant. Roll out and cut into disks. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
