Here is how you make Onion Dill Bread:

Put the yeast in warm water with sugar to proof. Put room temperature cottage cheese and eggs in mixer bowl with dough hook, mix. After the yeast has bloomed put it into the mixing bowl and add other ingredients. Mix for approximately 8 minutes. Put into a bowl that has been sprayed with cooking spray, cover and put in a warm place to rise until it has doubled it's size. Take out onto a floured surface, kneed a few times to get the bubbles out, separate into 2 pieces and work into loaves placing into bread pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
