Here is how you make Breakfast Bites:

Cook onions in a bit of olive oil or butter for a few minutes then add ham and cook for 2 more minutes. Take out and let cool. Add eggs, cheese, tomatoes and yogurt together with a mixer or whisk. Put in cooked onions and ham and stir up. Pour 1/4 cup in each muffin tin. Should make about 12 breakfast egg bites.
