Here is how you make Low Carb Breakfast Buns:

Preheat oven to 400. Mix almond flour, seeds, psyllium, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add eggs, olive oil and sour cream and mix. Let it sit for 5 minutes or so.Cut dough in 4 pieces. Shape into balls and put on a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 20-25 min.these will be very gooey when you are trying to separate them into 4 buns. You can't really roll them. Just distribute evenly as best as possible. They are absolutely wonderful. I put butter on the tops of them and freeze them when cool.
