Fluff with a fork.Meanwhile, in a small saucepan combine craisins, honey, and 2 tbsp water. Cook over low heat for 4 or 5 mins. Remove from heat. Gently stir in mandarin oranges.To serve, spoon the couscous into serving bowls.
