Here is how you make Breakfast Granola:

Combine oats, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a bowl. In another bowl, combine honey, oil, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well and pour over dry ingredients. Stir well. Spray a sheet cake pan and pour granola onto it. Spread evenly. Bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
