Here is how you make Loaded Breakfast Grits:

Prepare grits according to package. Fry bacon, chopped. Add onion, peppers, mushrooms, garlic to bacon; cook until tender. Beat eggs. Add half cup of cheddar cheese, sour cream to eggs. Add egg mixture to grits. Add in bacon/veggies. Mix. pour into greased 9"x13" casserole. Add 1/2 c. shredded cheese to top.
